FTW Land Consultants Limited was formed in June 2004 by Fred Watkins

Fred Watkins is highly experienced having gained extensive commercial knowledge during his 14 years employment with Kent’s Leading House Builder.  Fred was employed as the Land Director responsible for the acquisition of Development Land. In 2000 he was part of the Management Buyout Team which privatised the Company and in November 2003 was involved in its sale to a National House Builder.

Using his wealth of knowledge, experience and professional contacts, FTW Land Consultant Ltd was created thus enabling Fred to continue his involvement in the House Building Industry by offering a specialist Land acquisition service to a carefully selected panel of property developers.

In just over two years FTW Land Consultants Limited has successfully acquired land valued in excess of £12,000,000 on behalf of selected developers. Since every developer has different requirements, Fred’s  specialist knowledge of the market has resulted in the purchase of over 250 plots on eight sites. These consisted of exclusive single plots to large developments.
